These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which EuropeanFlora.com, a website of White Lotus LTD ("we/us/our") make this website (the “Europeanflora.com") available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the EuropeanFlora.com site (the “ EuropeanFlora.com Services").
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EuropeanFlora.com Site and the Europeanflora.com Services.
All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available in every city of the respective country under which the product is displayed. Certain product ranges are available in selected delivery areas only and such information is given in the respective product pages.
Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies in particular can be extremely toxic to cats), if you require further information before submitting an order please contact our Customer Service.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality, if the same is unavailable after order confirmation notification.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 1 - 2 business days after the intended delivery date or date of communication about the same, whichever is later.
Prices listed within the EuropeanFlora.com Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.
Orders / Payment
While to checkout (place the order), you will be required to provide us with a few personal details, including the phone number and/or email id, along with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Visa Elextron Maestro, MasterCard. On your banking statement you will see the transaction value under EUROPEANFLORA name. All card payments are processed through Plationline.
By clicking on the 'Checkout' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions appearing anywhere on the EuropeanFlora.com site
Selected products may not be available for delivery to certain localities. We try our best to provide with such information either on the respective product page, during checkout or will communicate you after you place your order.
Deliveries are available only on the days mentioned (that can be selected) in the calendar provided on the respective product page. If you could not choose a delivery date of your choice, it means a delivery is not possible on that day. Please contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need any suggestions on any other gifts that may be available for your choice day.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have provided with the full address details, including accurate postcode of the recipient and telephone number so that it would be easy for our delivery services to locate them. It would also be very helpful if you provide us with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items
Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Most of the orders are hand delivered by our local florist. We reserve the right to use a shipping company for some remote areas, where there are no flower shops available. All orders should be delivered on the date available to be selected in the Calendar. In the unhappy event where we have to delay your order, we will send you the information via e-mail and wait for your acceptance.
All other rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by EuropeanFlora.com. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without the permission of EuropeanFlora.com. You may not modify, distribute or repost something on this website for any purpose.
